Our brand journey began with the name whentea — a simple question: when is the right time for tea?

It represented ease, accessibility, and everyday tea moments. We used it as a watermark on our early products.

As our vision grew, we launched WUSEI, an official sub-brand of Wenshuo, designed to reflect clarity, simplicity, and a modern lifestyle. The “W” in WUSEI honors our roots with WhenTea, linking past and present.

At the same time, we chose to keep the Chinese character 「闻」 in our visual identity.

「闻」(wén) means to sense, to listen, to be aware. It connects us to our cultural origins and represents mindfulness and subtlety — values that remain central to our brand.

WUSEI continues to craft products with care and thoughtfulness, combining modern design with traditional inspiration, under the trusted guidance of Wenshuo 合同会社.
