Refund policy

Return Eligibility

·You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

·Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in the original packaging.

·For ceramic products, they are fragile. Keep original packaging and reinforce it when returning.

·Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Return Shipping Fees

·If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, WUSEI will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

·For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Non-returnable Items

·Custom or personalized products

·Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

·Personal care products (beauty items)

·Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

·Sale items and gift cards

 

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the replacement.

 

Return Process & Refund

 

1. Contact Customer Service         

Reach out to us at support@wusei.studio with:

·Return reason

·Photos or video of the item

                                                                 

2.Await Approval 

·If approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions.

 

3.Prepare for Return

· Securely package the item. For ceramic products, use reinforced original packaging.

 

4.Return Shipping & Cost Responsibility

·Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind): shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

·Quality issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items): shipping cost is paid by WUSEI.

·Return shipping cost will be refunded together with the product refund.

·Upload the return shipping receipt to support@wusei.studio.

·Personal subjective judgment of quality issues will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

·Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

·If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

·Bank or credit card processing may require additional time.

·If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@wusei.studio.

 

Key Notes

·Ceramic Products: Natural color or texture variations may occur due to high-temperature firing (1300°C+), which are not considered defects.

·Packaging: Retain original packaging for returns. Reinforce packaging for safe return shipment.

·Unapproved Returns: Returns without prior approval or lacking proof of condition will be rejected.
