From the Tianqing Ru series, this gaiwan showcases a pure hand-painted peony motif by renowned Jingdezhen artist Xiao Hua. The fine clay body is fired in the classic Ru-kiln style to create a rich, smooth glaze with a soft, lustrous finish—warm and jade-like, as if agate were fused into the surface.
